Currently our main payment method is PayPal, this is an easy to use service that connects to your bank account (www.paypal.com). If you are wishing to make a purchase with a credit or debit card please select "guest checkout" when making payment.
We accept returns if the goods are returned within a 14 day period of arrival in a resaleable condition. We do not cover return postage and ask that upon returning your jewellery you obtain a Certificate of Posting.
Customs (international orders only):
Any customs fees that occur after the order reaches its destination country must be paid by the buyer. We have no control over when these charges occur but in the 3 years we have been running we have never encountered a situation where a customs fee had to be paid.
We are happy to make alternations - this includes a different chain length, different chain metal, swapping to leather cord etc. Just send a quick email to firstname.lastname@example.org
We use new and clean bubble packed envelopes to protect jewellery in transit. Fragile stickers and extra bubble wrap are also used for fragile pieces.
Each piece of jewellery is individually made when you order. We aim to dispatch the next day but please allow up to 3-5 full working days for dispatch (excludes bank holidays and weekends).
Due to the nature of gemstones there will be variance in size, shape, pattern, transparency etc.
Please note that (unless stated otherwise) our chains are NOT 925 sterling silver. We use high quality silver plated and gold plated metal chains, which is reflected in our affordable prices. If you would like to purchase one of our necklaces with a solid (or plated) 925 sterling silver chain, please get in touch and we can arrange this.
